Experienced professionals delivering expert water treatment maintenance and mechanical fitting services.

SKILLED PROFESSIONALS COMMITTED TO WATER INFRASTRUCTURE

The Neumann Water team brings together experienced mechanical fitters, engineers, project managers and support staff who specialise in water treatment plant maintenance. Our people have the technical skills, practical experience and safety focus required to work on Australia's critical water infrastructure.

We invest in our team through practical training, professional development and creating a safe, supportive work environment. This commitment to our people ensures we maintain the high standards of technical capability and workmanship that our clients depend on. From pump overhauls and laser alignment to membrane change-outs and complex fabrication, our team delivers quality outcomes on every project.

EXPERTISE ACROSS WATER TREATMENT DISCIPLINES

MECHANICAL FITTERS

Our mechanical fitters are the backbone of our service delivery. They bring years of hands-on experience in pump overhauls, rotating equipment maintenance, horizontal laser alignment and precision fitting work. Qualified in confined space entry, working at height and pressure equipment work, our fitters deliver safe, quality mechanical services across diverse water treatment facilities. Their practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail ensure equipment is maintained to specification and returned to reliable service.

SPECIALIST FABRICATORS

Our fabrication team specialises in working with the demanding materials used in water treatment environments. Qualified in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex (2507/S32750) welding to AS1554.6, our fabricators produce custom components, pipework and structures that perform reliably in corrosive conditions. They understand the specific requirements of potable water applications and deliver fabrication work with appropriate material certification and traceability.

ENGINEERS & PROJECT MANAGERS

Our engineering and project management team coordinate complex maintenance projects, develop technical solutions and ensure successful delivery on time and budget. They work closely with plant operators, consultants and regulatory authorities to plan shutdowns, manage procurement, coordinate trades and deliver projects with minimal operational disruption. Their technical expertise and project coordination ensure all stakeholders are aligned and quality outcomes are achieved.

ADMIN & PROJECT SUPPORT

Our administrative and project support staff provide essential coordination, documentation and client communication services. They manage project documentation, coordinate site access and permits, support procurement activities and ensure compliance paperwork is completed accurately and on time. This behind-the-scenes support enables our field teams to focus on technical delivery while maintaining the professional service standards our clients expect.

SAFETY-FOCUSED & CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPING

Safety is fundamental to everything we do. Every team member completes comprehensive safety inductions and ongoing training in high-risk work, including confined space entry, working at height, pressure equipment and hazardous materials handling. Our safety culture is built on clear communication, thorough risk assessment and the expectation that everyone has the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.

We invest in developing our team's technical capabilities through practical training, manufacturer courses and professional development opportunities. This includes specialist training in membrane handling, laser alignment systems, duplex welding procedures and equipment-specific maintenance. Continuous skill development ensures our team maintains current technical knowledge and delivers work to the highest standards.
